How is my order packaged?
All prints and commissions are packaged in plastic zip lock bags and shipped flat in a cardboard A4 rigid envelope mailer.
How long will it take to get my order?
Australia Post Express is used for all artworks, with all print orders shipped within 2 business days of your order unless otherwise noted*. Expected delivery time from shipping date is a further 1-3 business days.
Shipping notification and the tracking number for your package will be sent to you via email.
For international shipping (outside of Australia), please email me directly for costs.
Australia Post International is used for all artworks shipped outside of Australia, and all print orders are shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks from order date for international orders outside of Australia.*
Items shipped internationally may take longer depending on their destination. You will receive shipping notification and the tracking number for your package via email.
Delivery times can be longer in busy periods (e.g. around Christmas), but you will be advised of any delay when you order. Please refer to the Australia Post website for all timeframes and for tracking.
Once items have been mailed, Art and Music Co. is not responsible for any delivery timeframes outside of the standards of Australia Post.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which can be checked here.
delivery and returns
All artwork is shipped within 2 business days of the order being completed. Occasionally there can be delays on commissions if confirmation has not been received on the design. Delivery can take longer during busy periods (e.g. around Christmas), but you will be advised of any delay when you order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email with a tracking number. All artwork is packed using waterproof inner packing and stiff outer packaging to prevent damage.
Once items have been mailed, Art and Music Co. is not responsible for delivery timeframes outside of the standards of the shipping company used.
change of address
Your order will be delivered to the address as specified on the order. Art and Music Co. does not accept responsibility if a customer enters an incorrect address on an order, so please ensure you complete the shipping address details correctly.
If you notice an error after your order is confirmed but before it is shipped, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Returns and exchanges will be allowed for prints, provided they have been returned in original condition. Here’s how it works:
- Email email@example.com within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a reason for return or exchange.
- The email will be reviewed and the return/exchange approved.
- Once the return/exchange has been approved by email, you must ship the item back within 4 days of delivery. Receipt of returned item cannot be guaranteed, so please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
conditions of return
If an item arrives damaged or defective within the plastic sleeve, the buyer will need to supply photographic evidence of the damage in order for a return/exchange claim to be approved.
